In an emergency, you can’t just wing it. Under stress, it’s your instincts, coordination, and regular training that make all the difference. Without practice, you’ll forget first aid techniques within a few months.
That’s why FIRST AIDERS has created the only continuing education program in Switzerland for in-house first aiders: a short session each month, held at your facility, to ensure your first aiders are truly ready to act year-round.
Retention of skills without regular practice: from approximately 100% after training to 50%, then 30%.

At your company, using our professional equipment: manikins, training defibrillators, and instructional materials. We serve Geneva and the canton of Vaud.
The Comprehensive BLS-AED course lasts 4 hours. The Compact version, which focuses on CPR and the defibrillator, lasts 1 to 2 hours. Both courses result in a certificate valid for 2 years.
Groups of 8 people, so that everyone can actually practice the techniques.
OLT3 (Art. 36) requires employers to organize first aid based on the risks specific to their business. The SECO and MSST guidelines specify these requirements. Our occupational safety and health assessments provide you with a clear picture of where you stand.
A monthly program lasting 2 hours per group of 8 first aiders, excluding July and August, designed to maintain reflexes, coordination, and stress management skills. It is the only program of its kind in Switzerland.
